1. This certificate needs to be renewed every year before three months of its expiry to the Labour and Transportation Office. Otherwise you will be punished. 
2. If you lose this document you need to inform to the Labour and Transportation Office  along with notification from the police office within 15 days of it being lost.
3. Regarding number plates, the government owned vehicles have red letters on white plates, private vehicles have white letters on red plates, organisation or government owned organisation vehicles have blue letters on yellow plates, tourist vehicles have white letters on green plates, public vehicles have white letters on black plates. The standard letter must be big size and it must be at least 3 inches in height and 1/2 inch wide and in case of small vehicles it must be 2 inches high and 1/2 inch wide and in case of motorcycle it must be 2 inches high and 3/8 inches wide.
4. If this document is found,  please do submit it to the nearest police office or transportation office.
5. You are not allowed to modify your vehicle's seat, type, capacity, colour, engine, chassis and other parts without getting permission from the Labour and Transportation Office.
6. You are not allowed to use the vehicle for anything other than the purpose it is registered for.
7. One most get permission to take the vehicle on the road in case the vehicle is public and organizational (no plate).
8. You most pay the vehicle tax if you wish to renew the registration, transfer it into somebody else's name, change the number plate, and you must be submit it in the transportation office. 
9. In case your vehicle gets damaged or you take it out of the country for long span of time you need to inform within 30 days along with your vehicle's registration certificate and other relevant documents. 
10. If you do not renew within five years your registration will be invalid and you will be fined and need to re-register if you wish to use the vehicle.
